Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before purchasing a voucher from United Dots FZC-LLC on the website secondopinion.cloud. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your purchase and use of vouchers provided by United Dots, which allow you to obtain a medical second opinion consultation from an independent medical provider selected by United Dots.
- Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a voucher from United Dots on secondopinion.cloud, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not purchase or use the vouchers.
- Voucher Description and Services: United Dots offers vouchers for medical second opinion consultations. The vouchers sold on secondopinion.cloud entitle the buyer to obtain a medical second opinion consultation from an independent medical provider collaborating with United Dots or with Partner Companies. The independent medical provider, not United Dots, is responsible for providing the consultation.
- Eligibility: To purchase and use the vouchers, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By purchasing the vouchers, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
- Voucher Purchase and Use: a) Purchasing: Vouchers can be purchased directly from the secondopinion.cloud website. The purchase process may require you to provide accurate and complete personal information. United Dots reserves the right to refuse any purchase for any reason. b) Voucher Redemption: Once purchased, the vouchers can be redeemed by following the instructions provided on the secondopinion.cloud website. The vouchers are valid for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase (“Validity Period”) and must be used within that period. c) No Refunds: United Dots does not provide refunds for vouchers that are not used within the Validity Period. Once the Validity Period expires, the voucher becomes null and void, and no refund or credit will be issued.
- Medical Consultations: a) Independent Medical Provider: United Dots allows the user to have access to an independent medical provider to conduct the medical second opinion consultations. The independent medical provider is solely responsible for providing the consultation and any associated services. b) Medical Provider’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy: The independent medical provider has its own general terms and conditions and privacy policy governing the provision of medical services. - Use of Nuvola Chatbot: The Second Opinion Website utilizes a chatbot named “Nuvola” which employs language learning models (LLM) similar to ChatGPT to respond to user inquiries. Second Opinion Cloud does not hold responsibility for the answers provided by Nuvola. Users should exercise discretion and consider the chatbot’s responses as informational rather than definitive advice.
- Limitations and Disclaimers: a) No Medical Advice: The medical second opinion consultation is not intended to replace or serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is recommended that you consult your primary healthcare provider for any medical concerns. b) No Guarantee of Outcome: United Dots does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of the medical second opinion consultations provided by the independent medical provider. c) Limitation of Liability: United Dots and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of the vouchers or the medical consultations provided by the independent medical provider.
- Modifications and Termination: United Dots reserves the right to modify or terminate the voucher program or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the secondopinion.cloud website. By continuing to use the vouchers after any modifications, you accept the revised terms and conditions.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Italy.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and United Dots regarding the purchase and use of the vouchers and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
